We keep our phones and other devices away, disconnecting from social platforms so as to connect to our past, our history and our origin. After the trip, I see the importance of disconnecting from our busy lifestyle and this caused me to start appreciating our past. Due to our scarce land and rapid growth, we are seeing lesser greenery. Hence, it is very important to connect with nature too. All in all, we must learn to disconnect from our adaptations and connect to our roots.
